Homemade Curry Paste!
Fresh curry paste will contain tonnes more flavor than store-bought
versions, not to mention additive and preservative free making it a much
healthier option! Quick and easy to make, simply blend the following
ingredients until smooth:
• 1 onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 3 inch piece of ginger
• 1 inch piece of turmeric
• 1 inch piece of galangal
• 1-2 red chillies (depends on heat of chillies)
• 1/2 red capsicum
• 1 small lemon (rind and juice)
• handful of chopped coriander
• drop of olive oil or coconut oil
